Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Conscious Kitchen Company website at www.consciouskitchencompany.com. Our product catalog includes premium non-toxic cookware sets, wine coolers, and dry-aging refrigerators, items that are built to perform and built to last.

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. This policy outlines your rights, our process, and the conditions that apply.

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the USA have the right to return their purchase within 30 days of receipt. We cover all return shipping costs. You will not pay out of pocket to return an item.

3.1 Items Eligible for Return

  • Non-toxic cookware sets
  • Wine coolers (standard units)
  • Dry-aging refrigerators (standard units)
  • Accessories and bundled items

3.2 Conditions for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in the same condition as when received - unused and free of damage.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and protective materials intact.
  • Complete Contents: All included accessories, manuals, components, and any free gifts must be included in the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Custom or special-order products (if applicable)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards


4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Customer Support

Email us at support@consciouskitchencompany.com or call (559) 556-0297 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged or defective claims)

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed (typically within 1–2 business days), we will issue:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • A prepaid return shipping label sent to your email
  • Step-by-step return instructions

Step 3 — Package and Ship Your Return

  • Securely repack the item in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, components, and any included documentation
  • Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package
  • Drop off at any authorized UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL location within 7 days of receiving your RMA
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Note: Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Conscious Kitchen Company covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. A prepaid label will be provided. You pay nothing out of pocket to send your item back.

This applies to: change-of-mind returns, defective or factory-damaged items, and items that do not match their product description.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are issued for:

  • Items returned within 30 days in original, unused condition
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Orders that were lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
  • Items significantly different from their product description

6.2 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the original purchase price. No restocking fees. No deductions for return shipping. Your refund will match exactly what you paid.

6.3 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection is completed within 2–3 business days of receipt
  • Refund is issued within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6.4 Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: returned to the card used at checkout
  • PayPal or Shop Pay: returned to that account
  • Other payment methods: handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item entirely:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@consciouskitchencompany.com
  • Attach clear photos of the item, the damage, and the packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer

Please do not discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved, as photos are required for carrier claims.

8. Large Appliance Returns (Wine Coolers & Dry-Aging Fridges)

Due to their size and freight shipping requirements, wine coolers and dry-aging refrigerators have a slightly modified return process:

  • White glove delivery service is available on select appliances. Please confirm at the time of purchase
  • For freight returns, we coordinate pickup directly with the carrier. You do not need to arrange shipping
  • Appliances must be uninstalled and made accessible for pickup (same location as original delivery)
  • Appliances showing signs of installation, use, or physical damage beyond transit damage are not eligible for return
  • Please retain all original packaging and pallet materials where possible to support the return.

Contact our team as early as possible to coordinate large appliance returns. We'll handle the logistics.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:

  • Return your original item following the process above
  • Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you want

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the request is made before the item has shipped.

  • If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives
  • Cancellations on custom or pre-order items may be subject to a manufacturer cancellation fee. We will inform you before confirming

11. Warranty

Many products sold through Conscious Kitchen Company carry manufacturer warranties that are separate from this return policy. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.

If your product develops a defect after the 30-day return window, please contact us and we will help connect you with the appropriate manufacturer warranty process. We act as your advocate.

12. Policy Updates

Conscious Kitchen Company reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
