Care & Maintenance

Wash all components before first use. Preheat the cookware over medium heat and use the integrated thermometer to maintain recommended cooking temperatures. Remove the side handles before placing the cookware in the oven. All components except the thermometer are dishwasher safe. Allow cookware to cool naturally before cleaning and use non-abrasive sponges with mild detergents to preserve the stainless steel finish.
