Product Description

Bring steakhouse-style searing to the home kitchen with the Alva Black Angus Carbon Steel Frying Pan. Designed for intense heat and responsive temperature control, this pan creates deep browning and flavorful crusts on steaks, burgers, chops, vegetables, and other high-heat favorites.

The uncoated carbon steel surface develops a natural patina with regular seasoning. That evolving layer helps protect the pan and improves food release over time without relying on a synthetic nonstick coating.

Key Features

  • Built for high heat: Carbon steel supports deep searing, browning, frying, and crisping.
  • Responsive temperature control: The pan heats and adjusts faster than traditional cast iron.
  • Improves over time: Regular seasoning develops a protective patina and more natural food release.
  • No synthetic nonstick coating: Cooking performance comes from seasoned carbon steel.
  • Oven safe: Moves from stovetop to oven at temperatures up to 500°F.

Size Options

  • 9.5-inch: Well suited to smaller meals and everyday portions.
  • 11-inch: Provides additional cooking area for larger proteins and family meals.
  • 2-piece set: Includes the 9.5-inch and 11-inch pans.
