Product Description

Build natural cooking performance over time with the Alva Forest Carbon Steel Frying Pan. Its uncoated carbon steel body responds quickly to temperature changes and handles the high heat needed for searing, browning, frying, and everyday stovetop cooking.

Available in three practical sizes and a two-pan set, the Forest collection pairs a lighter carbon steel body with a comfortable wood handle. With regular seasoning, the cooking surface develops a protective patina and increasingly natural food release without a synthetic nonstick coating.

Key Features

  • Responsive high-heat cooking: Carbon steel heats quickly for flavorful browning and crisp edges.
  • Improves with use: Regular seasoning develops a protective patina and better food release.

  • Wood handle: Adds a comfortable, distinctive grip for stovetop cooking.
  • Multiple size options: Choose an individual pan or the 8-inch and 11-inch set.
